Mānoa Chocolate - Mini Liliko'i x Passion Fruit Bar
Passion fruit (lilikoʻi) was first introduced to Hawaiʻi from Australia in 1880 and planted in the East Maui district of Lilikoʻi, where it earned its Hawaiian name. Today, the fruit is beloved for its aromatic, tangy-sweet flavor and juicy pulp filled with edible seeds. Its vibrant juice is widely used in Hawaiian cuisine—from sauces and candies to ice cream, tea, cocktails, and shave ice.
This 50% dark milk chocolate bar blends cacao with passion fruit for a tropical twist and features artwork by Shar Tuiasoa of Punky Aloha Studio. Made with cacao, organic cane sugar, organic whole milk powder, passion fruit powder, and cocoa butter, 0.7oz (20g) bar contains milk and is best stored and enjoyed between 65–70°F for optimal flavor.
