Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Returns

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date your package is delivered. If 30 days have passed since delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Each of our physical store locations operate independently. All returns and exchanges must be completed at the original location of purchase. 

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food and beauty products)
  • Swimwear
  • Gift cards

Partial Refunds (If Applicable)

Partial refunds may be granted for:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • Items not in original condition, or items that are damaged or missing parts not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original payment method within a set number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account again
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing time may delay posting)
  3. Contact your bank (additional processing time may apply)

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange for the same item, please email aloha@houseofmanaup.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the item is received. This credit will be issued as an e-gift card.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Shipping

You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

For items valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
