Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship select products worldwide in addition to the U.S. mainland. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by destination. Please note that some food items may be restricted due to customs regulations.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders typically ship within 1–2 business days.
- U.S. mainland delivery: 3–7 business days
- Neighbor island (Hawaiʻi) orders: usually faster

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your order. Non-perishable items may be returned within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original condition.
Perishable food items are non-returnable due to safety regulations. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at aloha@houseofmanaup.com and we’ll make it right.
Can I send gifts to multiple addresses?
Yes! Simply place separate orders for each shipping address. For bulk or corporate gifting, our team can help coordinate everything and ship directly to your recipients.
