HI Spice is a locally sourced hot sauce that is inspired and crafted on Maui. After years of gardening on their land in Kihei, Maui Spice founders Justin Orr and Katie Cook discovered they had a knack for growing peppers. This realization coupled with their growing boredom of the typical sauces you find on restaurant tables, prompted them to experiment with making hot sauce.
After exposing their concoctions to friends and family, they introduced their hot sauces to those who crave flavor and heat! Justin and Katie also collaborate with local farmers to source ingredients like lilikoi, guava, pineapple, mango, papaya, honey, which they incorporate in their sauces.
