This single origin 70% dark chocolate bar features Hawaiian cacao from Nīnole Cacao, located along the lush Hāmākua Coast of Hawaiʻi Island. Established in 2019, this seven-acre orchard is home to approximately 2,000 cacao trees, with its first harvests beginning in the summer of 2022, marking a new chapter in Hawaiʻi-grown chocolate.

Made with cacao, organic cane sugar, and cocoa butter, each 2.1 oz (60g) bar is dairy-free and best enjoyed stored and served between 65–70°F for optimal flavor.
