This single origin 70% dark chocolate bar is crafted from Hawaiian cacao grown at Mililani Estate in central Oʻahu. The 97-acre diversified farm is home to breadfruit, banana, avocado, taro, and 10 acres of cacao trees. The estate’s first cacao harvest took place in late 2019, when the trees reached three years of maturity, producing beans known for their bright, fruity character.
Recognized for its exceptional quality, this bar has earned multiple awards, including Gold for Best Dark Chocolate and Gold for Best Made at Origin at the 2020 Chocolate Alliance Awards.
Made with cacao, organic cane sugar, and cocoa butter, each 2.1 oz (60g) bar is dairy-free and best enjoyed stored and served between 65–70°F for optimal flavor.
