YICK LUNG – Hawaii’s Choice is a heritage Hawaii snack brand with roots dating back more than 100 years. Under the leadership of Derek Ching, the brand is being rebuilt for the next generation through modern products, updated packaging, retail expansion, and e-commerce growth. Known for nostalgic local favorites like Nibb-its and Li Hing Plum and Mango tablets, YICK LUNG combines Hawaii-inspired flavors and local snack culture with a disciplined modern growth strategy. The company’s goal is to preserve the brand’s legacy while expanding distribution beyond Hawaii and building a snack brand that Hawaii can proudly see represented in larger markets worldwide.
