Mānoa Chocolate partnered with local rum distiller Kō Hana to create this distinctive bar. Kō Hana Agricole Rum is crafted from farm to bottle using single-varietal kō (sugar cane), hand-harvested, pressed into juice, and distilled into a refined pure cane rum. Cacao nibs are soaked in the rum before being transformed into rich chocolate, creating a bold, layered flavor experience.

This 80% dark chocolate bar is made with rum-soaked cacao, organic cane sugar, and cocoa butter. Each 2.1 oz (60g) bar is dairy-free and best enjoyed stored and served between 65–70°F for optimal flavor.
