The Hawaiian Vanilla Co. was established in 1998 while sitting around a dinner table with family discussing what we would consider growing on our newly purchased property along the Hamakua Coast of the Big Island. The Reddekopp ‘ohana is one of the first commercial growers of vanilla in the country and grows varieties of vanilla at their Pa‘auilo farm, turning their homegrown crops to delicious local items in small batches. From Hawaiian vanilla extract to even salad dressings, their goal is to cultivate the best vanilla in the world and provide the finest vanilla-related products including vanilla coffee, beans and much more.
