Who is Chef Sheldon?
Born in Hilo, Chef Sheldon Simeon is the owner of Tin Roof, a mom and pop eatery in Kahului. He is best known for competing on Season 10 of Top Chef in Seattle where he finished as a finalist and won the coveted "Fan Favorite" title. He was also named in Hawaii Magazine's Top 5 Best Hawaiian Chefs of 2014 and voted FOOD & WINE Magazine's 2014 People's Best New Chef for the Pacific & Northwest.
