This milk chocolate bar is crafted from carefully selected cacao beans sourced from quality producers across the Kona and Hilo regions of Hawaiʻi Island (the Big Island). It is the only milk chocolate made with Hawaiʻi-grown cacao, produced in a Belgian/Swiss-style tradition that uses milk to create a smooth, creamy, caramel-like flavor and mouthfeel.

This 50% milk chocolate bar is made with organic cane sugar, cacao, cocoa butter, and organic whole milk powder. Each 2.1 oz (60g) bar contains milk and is best enjoyed stored and served between 65–70°F for optimal flavor.
